Seven homes have been sold in seven weeks, including four in the recently released Phase 15 at Chaparral Ridge in Escondido, according to San Diego builder Shea Homes. Just two homes remain available in the phase, which includes prime cul-de-sac lot locations and prices from the low $500,000s. Move-ins are anticipated in December.
“Historic low interest rates and greater affordability have enabled more prospective buyers to become homeowners at Chaparral Ridge,” said Vanessa Linn, vice president of sales and marketing for Shea Homes. The single-family home neighborhood offers homes priced from the high $400,000s.
