Seven homes are scheduled to be released for sale Saturday, Aug. 21, at Madeira at Del Sur, according to San Diego builder Shea Homes. Select homesites in the new phase overlook Del Sur’s Kristen Glen Park, which is now under construction. Move-ins for this phase are anticipated in spring.
“Ongoing demand at Madeira at Del Sur and the desire for homebuyers to customize their new home has prompted this latest phase release,” said Vanessa Linn, vice president of sales and marketing for Shea Homes. “Of the 29 homes released so far this year in the neighborhood, 26 are sold.”
