Law Offices of Howard G. Smith announces that a class action lawsuit has been filed on behalf of all persons or entities who purchased the common stock of TeleNav, Inc. (“TeleNav” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ:TNAV) pursuant to the Company’s Registration Statement and Prospectus (collectively, the “Registration Statement”) issued in connection with its May 13, 2010, initial public offering (the “IPO”).
