VANCOUVER, BC — (Marketwire) — 09/01/10 — Dynamsoft today announced the release of Dynamic Web TWAIN 6.1, a web scanning : http://www.dynamsoft.com/Products/WebTWAIN_Overview.aspx solution specifically optimized for web applications. The product comes in two editions: ActiveX and Plug-in. The former is designed for use in IE 6, IE 7 and 8, while the latter is for Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera, Netscape, etc.

Dynamic Web TWAIN allows users to scan files from any TWAIN compatible devices, such as scanners and cameras, and edit images in the control. HTTP(s) upload/download to file system and databases is supported as well as FTP(s).
